For added convenience, we also collaborate with J&T and AP Cargo. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the item.

We ensure that the items delivered to you is correct, brand new and in perfect condition thus we seek your understanding that all sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE.

In the rare instance that you received a wrong product, please inform us not more than 3 days upon receipt through any of our Social Media Accounts or you can message us directly.

We will look into the issue and resolve it you 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of message. All our products have no warranty but we will ensure that all products are in perfect condition before we send it out. 

In any rare instances that the customer or buyer wants to reverse a transaction PRIOR TO SHIP OUT using PayMongo credit card payment method, a 7% fee of the total amount for refunded transactions will be charged.
